Rates
The rates listed below were adapted from the UAP-IAPOA Doc 210 or the Architect's Guidelines for Standards of Professional Practice Compliance and adjusted to fit the local setting. These rates do not include expenses such as allied consultant fees, transportation and hotels/accommodations.
Consultation
Architectural Design Consultation
Initial consultation meetings shall be charged at Php 1,000 per meeting.
Should the Client decide to engage the Consultation's professional services, a separate Professional Service Agreement shall be executed. Thereafter, all professional services, deliverables, fees, and payment terms shall be governed by the Agreement, and the consultation fee shall no apply unless otherwise specified.
Architectural Interiors
Architectural Interiors
Initial consultation meetings shall be charged at Php 1,000 per meeting.
Should the Client decide to engage Consultant's professional services, a separate Professional Service Agreement shall be executed. Thereafter, all professional services, deliverables, fees, and payment terms shall be governed by the Agreement.
Professional fee shall be 8% of the estimated project cost or
Php 1,000 per square meter with a
Php 15,000 minimum for smaller areas which are less than 15 sq.m.
5% of the total fee will be billed as acceptance fee upon signing of the Service Agreement
Physical Planning
Site Planning and Master Plan Developments
Inital consultation meetings shall be charged at Php 1,000 per meeting.
Should the Client decided to engage the Consultation's professional services, a separate Professional Service Agreement shall be executed. Thereafter, all professional services, deliverables, fees, and payment terms shall be governed by the Agreement.
Php 15.00 per square meter for 5 hectares
or less.
Php 10.00 per square meter when in excess of
5 hectares up to 10 hectares
Php 8.00 per square meter when over 10 hectares up to 50 hectares/
Building Design
Residential Building Design
Initial Consultation: Php 1,000 per meeting
Upon engagement, a Professional Services Agreement shall govern all subsequent services, fees, and terms.
Professional Fee: Php 1,500 per square meter
5% of the total fee will be billed as acceptance fee upon signing of the Service Agreement
Commercial Building Design
Initial Consultation: Php 1,000 per meeting
Upon engagement, a Professional Services Agreement shall govern all subsequent services, fees, and terms
4% of the estimated project cost or
Php 1,200 per building square meter
5% of the total fee will be billed as acceptance fee upon signing of the Service Agreement
School Building Design
Inital Consultation: Php 1,000 per meeting

3% of the estimated project cost or
Php 1,200 per building square meter

Hospital Building Design

Plumbing Design
Plumbing Design
Sign and Seal of Plumbing Plans
Php 250 each for the first three (3) waterclosets; when in excess of three (3) water closets the charge will be Php 50 each for the succeeding waterclosets
Encoding and Design of Plumbing Plans
Php 250 each per plumbing fixture: watercloset, lavatory, shower/ wall faucet, floor drains, water tank and septic tank ;
Plumbing Computations: Php 400 for each item
only Revit files are accepted
